Boris James Radeff, age 91, of Merrillville IN, passed away on November 20, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Flora Radeff; and sister, Margaret Hope.

Boris is survived by his wife of 67 years, Elaine Radeff; children, Nancy (David) Schmidt, and David Radeff; grandchildren, Bruce Butterbredt, Ashley Radeff, and Alex Schmidt; several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Boris served in the Korean Conflict, as an X-Ray Technician Chief. In Boris’s younger years he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening and taking care of his rose beds. He retired from US Steel, after 36 years of employment. He loved meeting up for breakfast with the retirees of US Steel every Tuesday morning. He was an avid Bears fan and Boris doted on his grandchildren. He cherished his family and he will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him. May his memories be etched in our hearts.
