On December 6th, 2025 Calumet Park Funeral Chapel will host the annual Angel Tree Lighting Ceremony to remember our beloved during the special Christmas season. Many families sign up to attend, each family that we served in 2025 will receive a complimentary glass ornament for a lost loved one. As the names of the departed souls were read by funeral home manager, the angels are hung on a beautiful tree by a friend or relative. As guests arrive, the Merrillville “Choral Teens” sing holiday songs for the enjoyment of all. It is truly an event to remember.
