In her younger years, grandma loved being home with her children, cooking, and square dancing with grandpa Ron. She played a significant role is raising her many grandchildren while also working to provide for her family. Later in life, Sharon enjoyed being actively involved with church and various organizations in Michigan City. She also loved working puzzles, playing bingo and watching her shows. Dancing with the Stars was one of her favorites. As her health began to decline, grandma moved back home where her daughter, Paula took on the role as caregiver. Even though the last two years were tough on Sharon, she  was always optimistic and had a smile on her face. Giving up was never an option for Grandma because “she had to be there for her boys.” Sharon had a special bond with her great grandsons: Michael, Sean, Jacob, Adam and Rocco.

Sing with the Angels and give Gramps lots of hugs. We will love and miss you always.
