Helen was resolute in her dedication and love as a wife and mother. She was a thoughtful, caring, and dedicated member of her church, Our Lady of Consolation, where she and Louis were founding parishioners. She was the matriarch of the Martinez family who instilled honesty, endurance, a strong Catholic faith, and the value of hard work. She loved to shop, cook, bake, and craft.
